Graffit Gallery Design Hotel - Varna

Excellent design with artistic touches throughout.

Hotel is unique in design with great central location within walking distance to the marine garden. Cafe is fashionable and offers pleasant atmosphere. Dj and dancers show there on Fridays and Saturdays evening.

Staff is very young not yet confident but willing to provide good service. Hotel has already problems with maintenance especially with greenery on the 4 element floor, more serious technical support supervision is required in bathrooms. Tv sets are very modern but interactive tv is not in operation. Food quality and presentation in the Red canape restaurant is too simple for 5star property, breakfast is poor.

The place is nice, and provides everything I need, like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a rooftop pool, and a great restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend enjoying the rooftop pool. I'm coming back for a Christmas stay.

All services are available all the day. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is located in the centre of Varna and near the beach park and the city beach in one time - it could be called bullseye. The design of the room and all common spaces is very modern and uniform. We loved the decoration, the colors and the plants in the restaurant, very nice and it shows something special for its guests. The wine selection is phenomenal and is sold at very correct prices.

I ate at a gorgeous restaurant for dinner. It had very big beds and a beautiful view of the sea and city.

Stylish rooftop pool

Rooms are quite specious and comfortable especially for us because we were a family of 5. The staff at the front desk welcomed us with warm hearts. They even went further to park our car and delivered our luggages with smiles. The staff was so helpful that it became easy to move around as they guided us always. The restaurant staff were excellent and we enjoyed food greatly. Most importantly the manager walked in and introduced herself, the matter that is very rare in most hotels. We recommend the hotel to any visitors and we would possibly stay in it in future.

We struggled a little to find the hotel although we got it eventually.

I liked the style, the atmosphere the service. The few days I did spend there were real enjoyment.

An artful stay with a twist

The hotel impressed us with its modern design and artistic touches, particularly in our spacious suite that offered panoramic views of the city. The breakfast selection was varied, with options that catered to different tastes and included some good freshly pressed juices.

Bathroom storage was minimal, and the toilet's separation from the sink area felt inconvenient. We experienced some noise from the bustling street outside that could be disruptive at times, especially at night.

Nice, modern and comfortable design room with a lot of light, excellently located for both town centre and beach. Underground parking and nice breakfast.

Staff could give less priority to the phone and more to the clients in front of them. On occasions the volume of the "music" can be disturbing, so you may wish to request a room in the higher floors and away from the elevator.

Great looking hotel, the idea of having exclusive king room was great. The staff were all helpful. Rooms with a balcony had an exclusive atmosphere. Loved that it was 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The service offered was very good.

The hotel offers a spacious and clean room with a great layout, as well as an excellent rooftop pool. The noise from a nearby bar and the lack of proper privacy in the bathroom design could be better. A stylish place great for a short stay, but some aspects need improvement for better comfort.

The room is well presented with designing touch, so if you like modern design, this is the hotel you want. All facilities are new. Staff speak fair English. Have a very nice bar in the ground floor if you like drinks during night.

It is very tricky to control turn on/off lights. Price are little high compare to other hotels.

The Graffit Gallery Hotel offers large rooms, a very modern design, a nice spa, and really good restaurant: "Red Canape" The beach and the shopping street is at 5 min walk. This is by far the best hotel you may find in Varna.
